We will configure a virtual cloud computer desktop with a login for you. Then you can try the cloud desktop with your own devices.

CAN I USE THE TRIAL COMPUTER ON MY OWN DEVICES?

Yes, you can use your laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Our virtual cloud desktops are compatible with Windows, Android, iOS, MacOS, and Linux. We recommend that you try it on your business and personal devices.

CAN I USE THE TRIAL COMPUTER ANYWHERE?

You can try the virtual cloud desktop from any location, at work, at home, on the highway, in the air or while sitting in a park. All you need is an internet connection.

CAN I USE THE TRIAL DESKTOP AT THE SAME TIME I USE MY COMPUTER DESKTOP?

Yes. Your virtual cloud desktop runs in a window on your computer's desktop so you can switch back and forth between your virtual desktop and your computer's desktop instantly.

Using Your Virtual Desktop

CAN I USE A CLOUD DESKTOP ON MY TABLET OR CELL PHONE?

Yes, you can use your laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Our virtual cloud desktops are compatible with Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS and other platforms. We recommend that you try it on your business and personal devices.

CAN I USE A CLOUD DESKTOP ON AN INTERNET BROWSER?

Yes, but using a browser has some limitations compared to using a cloud desktop directly from a computer or device.

CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN MY DEVICES?

Yes. You can be using a tablet at the beach, then go home, log on to your laptop, and continue working right where you left off.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE MONITORS?

Yes, you will have the option to use several monitors at once. Contact us if you want this feature turned on. If you are using a browser, multiple monitors are not supported at this time.

DO I NEED A FAST INTERNET CONNECTION?

No. Recent improvements in cloud computing technology have made it possible to use a very slow connection while maintaining good performance. We have tested our cloud desktops with old 1G connections and were still able to use them normally. You can be anywhere there is an internet connection. The faster the connection, the better the experience will be.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY INTERNET CONNECTION?

If you loose your internet connection there is no effect on your virtual desktop. When it recommects, your virtual desktop will look just as it did - right where you left off. Your virtual desktop is running in the cloud - not on the device you are using.

CAN I MOVE MY FILES TO/FROM MY VIRTUAL DESKTOP?

Yes, you can simply "copy" files or folders from your local computer and then "paste" right on to your cloud desktop. If you request we can also allow your cloud computer to see your local drives so you an copy that way.

CAN I PRINT FROM A VIRTUAL DESKTOP?

Yes, you will have the option to send it to the printers connected to your computer or network. If you are using a browser then it will save it to a PDF which you can then save to your local computer.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME

Yes. You can cancel for any reason at any time. You can download your files from your virtual server and desktops at any time.

WHAT WILL THIS COST?

Your monthly cost depends on the number of users you need, the disk space you need for your files, and the resources needed to support the software you will be using. See our pricing page for details. Billing is monthly.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SETUP OUR VIRTUAL CLOUD COMPUTERS?

Normally we only neeed a few hours to setup and configure your cloud desktops depending on the software applications you need installed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ADD OR REMOVE A USER?

A user can be deactivated almost immediately. Adding or removing a user is usually done after your work hours, while your users do not need your virtual desktops. If it is urgent, we can add a new user in less than an hour.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SUPPORT?

Our virtual desktops work EVERYWHERE there is an internet connection. Virtual cloud desktops are custom configured for your country, time zone, and regional formats.

ARE BACKUPS INCLUDED?

Yes. Daily backups are included and stored in a top-tier SSAE-16 certified data center for all our customers at no extra cost.
